Report a Bug

Found a bug or technical issue? We appreciate your help in making Trivio better. Please report bugs by emailing support@trivio.gg with the subject line starting with "Bug Report:".

To help us investigate, please include:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • The device and operating system you are using
  • Your web browser and version
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Screenshots or videos if applicable
  • Your username (optional)

Account & Data

Your account and personal data are important to you. You have full control over your account settings and data privacy.

Account Management:

  • Edit your profile, username, password, and avatar by visiting your profile and clicking "Edit Profile"
  • Delete your account permanently from the Edit Profile page. This action is irreversible and will remove all your data, match history, and statistics.
