• One account per person - multiple accounts are not permitted

3. Gameplay Rules

Fair Play

• Play honestly without using external assistance or cheating tools
• Do not exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages
• Do not intentionally lose or manipulate rankings
• Do not use automated scripts or bots to play

Community Standards

• Choose appropriate, non-offensive usernames
• Treat other players with respect
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Do not share inappropriate or offensive content

4. Premium Subscriptions

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the customer portal
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Premium benefits are activated immediately upon successful payment
• We reserve the right to modify premium features with reasonable notice

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Trivio, including questions, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• User-generated content (usernames, profile info) remains your property
• By using the platform, you grant us a license to display your public profile information

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Cheating or exploiting the platform
• Abusive behavior toward other users
• Creating multiple accounts
• Any activity that harms the platform or community

Banned users may appeal by contacting support. We reserve the right to make final decisions regarding account status.

7. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Rankings and statistics are for entertainment purposes
• We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trivio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, rankings, or gameplay progress.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the Platform or via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
